How the Point System Works
Points are earned across four pillars of platform engagement. The more you contribute, the higher your score — and the more visible you become.
Contribution
Up to 30 ptsCreate projects, post needs, and share updates in the community feed.
Completion
Up to 25 ptsBuild out your profile so the community and opportunities can find you.
Collaboration
Up to 25 ptsConnect with others, join teams, and build your professional network.
Consistency
Up to 20 ptsShow up regularly — longevity and activity are rewarded.

All Milestones
Milestones are one-time achievements that reward specific actions. Each one adds to your score and builds your reputation.
Fill in your bio, primary role, and upload a profile photo
→ Go to Edit Profile and complete all three fields.
Add 3+ skills or at least one portfolio credit
→ Add your skills and/or work experience in the Edit Profile page.
Add a demo reel video link to your profile
→ Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into the Demo Reel field in your profile.
Create your first project on the platform
→ Go to My Projects and create your first project.
Have a message conversation with another member
→ Visit a member's profile and send them a message to start a conversation.
Message someone about a project or job opportunity
→ Use the messaging feature to reach out about a specific project or job.
Post in the feed or comment on another member's post
→ Go to the News Feed and share an update or comment on a post.
Add an award or recognition to your profile
→ Go to Edit Profile and add a recognition, award, or certification.
Create 3 or more projects on the platform
→ Keep creating projects in My Projects — great for building your portfolio.
Post 5+ project needs to find collaborators
→ Open a project and add detailed needs — this surfaces your project to the right people.
Receive feedback or a reference on your profile
→ Connect and work with other members — they can leave feedback on your profile.
Be an active member for 90+ days
→ Stay engaged with the community consistently over time.
Invite 2 friends who successfully join Content Connect
→ Use the Invite Friends button on the Home, Connections, or Profile page to share your personal invite link. When 2 people join, the badge is yours!
How to Get Featured on the Platform
High-performing creators are highlighted across CONTENT Connect — on the homepage, in member spotlights, and in search results. The path is simple: activity → progress → visibility → opportunity.
Featured Members rotate on the homepage and are selected from those with the highest engagement scores, complete profiles, and recent activity. Stay active, keep your profile updated, and the spotlight will find you.
